About The Position

Sterling Restaurants is seeking a hands-on General Manager for a Moe’s Southwest Grill restaurant. The General Manager owns daily restaurant operations, team development, guest experience, and financial performance. The role involves leading and developing managers and crew members, running effective shifts, delivering welcoming hospitality, controlling business results, and supporting restaurant growth. Requirements

• Restaurant management experience leading people, operations, and business results.
• Strong hiring, training, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to hospitality, food safety, and leading alongside the team.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and coach managers and crew members; set clear expectations and develop future leaders.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, inventory, and ordering.
• Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and safety.
• Lead by example, resolve guest concerns, and use feedback to improve the guest experience.
• Manage sales, labor, food costs, and profitability.
• Support catering, local marketing, and community relationships.
