About The Position

Sterling Restaurants is seeking a hands-on General Manager for a Moe’s Southwest Grill restaurant. The General Manager owns the restaurant’s daily operations, team development, guest experience, and financial performance. The role focuses on developing people, taking ownership of results, and delivering a welcoming guest experience.

The General Manager recruits, hires, trains, and coaches managers and crew members; sets clear expectations; and develops future leaders. They manage staffing, scheduling, inventory, and ordering while maintaining food quality, cleanliness, and safety. They lead guest service, resolve concerns, and use feedback to improve the restaurant. They also manage sales, labor, food costs, and profitability, while supporting catering, local marketing, and community relationships.

Requirements

• Restaurant management experience leading people, operations, and business results.
