About The Position

SSP America is hiring a Restaurant General Manager to lead Motorworks Bar, a full-service restaurant and bar inside Sarasota Bradenton International Airport (SRQ) in Sarasota, Florida. You will run daily restaurant operations, lead the bar program, manage a hospitality team, and own financial results in a high-volume airport location. Airport restaurants operate at a different pace. Volume is higher, timing is tighter, and the operation rarely slows down. As the Restaurant General Manager, you run the full restaurant and bar, partner with airport authorities, coach a diverse team, and make decisions that drive guest experience, financial results, and team culture. This role suits a leader who wants to grow fast, take ownership, and build a career in a nationwide organization.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years as a full-service restaurant general manager
• Strong financial and operational skills, including profit and loss ownership
• Ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced, multi-priority environments
• Experience leading and developing diverse teams
• A service-focused mindset built on coaching and accountability
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
