About The Position
Join our team as a Restaurant General Manager in a dynamic airport restaurant environment! We are looking for an experienced food service professional with a passion for high-volume operations, a strong commitment to food safety, and proven leadership skills.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years Restaurant General Manager experience required.
- Proficient level of computer literacy, including MS Office and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
- Effective organizational maturity to prioritize daily, weekly, monthly and yearly activities.
- Ability to interact at all levels, including with executives, union representatives, and diverse hourly team members.
- Proven track record of resolving uncomfortable situations with clients, customers, peers and direct reports.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Nice To Haves
- Wok Cook background is desirable.
- associate’s degree or equivalent coursework preferred.
