About The Position

Sterling Restaurants is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead a Moe’s Southwest Grill restaurant. The General Manager owns daily operations, team development, guest experience, and financial performance. The role includes developing employees, maintaining high operating standards, delivering welcoming service, and growing the business through catering, local marketing, and community relationships.

Requirements

• Restaurant management experience leading people, operations, and business results.
• Strong hiring, training, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to hospitality, food safety, and leading alongside the team.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and coach managers and crew members; set clear expectations and develop future leaders.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, inventory, and ordering while maintaining food quality, cleanliness, and safety.
• Lead by example in delivering welcoming service, resolve guest concerns, and turn feedback into improvements.
• Manage sales, labor, food costs, and profitability.
• Support catering, local marketing, and community relationships.
