About The Position

Denny's is seeking an experienced, operations-driven Restaurant General Manager to lead a high-volume, guest focused full-service restaurant in Naples, FL. This location requires a leader who can manage seasonal volume swings, maintain strong labor control, and deliver consistent guest satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years as a full-service Restaurant General Manager
  • Experience managing $2M+ annual volume
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Ability to manage labor, food cost, and operational KPIs
  • Experience with scheduling, inventory and performance management
  • Professional communication and guest-service mindset
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends/holidays

Responsibilities

  • Full daily operations for a full-service restaurant
  • Full P&L ownership, labor management, and food cost control
  • Hiring, training, and developing management + hourly teams
  • Maintain service standards and guest satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational policies
  • Drive sales, community presence, and brand reputation
  • Execute company initiatives with consistency and accountability
