About The Position
The stunning Forbes 4-Star Conrad New York is looking for a Restaurant General Manager to join the Food & Beverage Team! Stay inspired and join the pinnacle of luxury in the heart of Lower Manhattan, featuring 463 rooms, 30,000 square feet of banquet space, and 3 food and beverage outlets. This includes a 3-meal restaurant, rooftop bar, and in-room dining. In this role, you will oversee the operations of Leonessa, Atrio, and IRD. This role will report directly to the Director of Food & Beverage and lead 4 managers and around 60 hourly/unionized team members. Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You. Requirements
- 3-5 years of food & beverage management experience
- Experience leading bar operations
- Experience leading room service operations
- Background in fine dining/luxury hotels/hospitality groups
Nice To Haves
- Experience managing unionized teams is a plus.
