About The Position

Join Conrad Orlando at Evermore, a celebrated opening of 2024, as a Restaurant General Manager for our signature restaurant, Ceiba. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of Ceiba, reporting to the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage. You will manage a Restaurant Assistant General Manager, Maître d', and a team of 15-20 Front-of-House Team Members. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of restaurant management experience in a fine-dining or signature restaurant, with a strong commitment to exceptional service standards, managing discerning guests, creating operational consistency, and building community loyalty. Experience in Forbes, James Beard, or Michelin-caliber dining environments is a plus and highly preferred, respectively. This position is about spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of restaurant management experience within a fine-dining or signature restaurant environment
• Independent restaurant mindset
