About The Position

Lead a classic brand in Duluth! We are looking for a driven, hands-on Restaurant General Manager to take the reins at our Pizza Hut location in Duluth, MN. As our General Manager, you will have total ownership of your restaurant's daily operations, financial performance, and team culture.

Requirements

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience (General Manager or strong Assistant Manager in quick-service or fast-casual dining).
• Proven track record of leading teams, hitting financial metrics, and solving problems dynamically.
• Strong organizational, communication, and basic computer/POS skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends as needed, and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring product quality, food safety, and quick ticket times.
• Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and motivate shift supervisors and crew members to build a stable, high-energy team.
• Manage P&L, control food and labor costs, minimize waste, and drive local store sales and profitability.
• Create a welcoming environment and ensure every guest receives hot, accurate food and exceptional service.
• Maintain strict adherence to all health, sanitation, security, and safety regulations.
