Restaurant General Manager
About The Position
As General Manager at Moe’s Southwest Grill, you will own the restaurant’s daily operations, team development, guest experience, and financial performance. The role calls for a hands-on leader who develops people, takes ownership of results, and delivers a welcoming guest experience. You will recruit, hire, train, and coach managers and crew members; set clear expectations; and develop future leaders. You will manage staffing, scheduling, inventory, and ordering while maintaining food quality, cleanliness, and safety. You will lead by example in delivering hospitality, resolve guest concerns, and use feedback to improve the restaurant. You will also manage sales, labor, food costs, and profitability, and support catering, local marketing, and community relationships. Founded in 2009, the company owns the original Moe’s in Atlanta and operates nearly 90 restaurants across seven states. Requirements
