About The Position

The Restaurant General Manager is the executive leader of the restaurant, with full accountability for profitability, guest experience, people development, and daily operations. The role is supported by a District Manager and a growing brand. The General Manager owns restaurant P&L and financial outcomes, drives sales through guest service, team development, and operational management, and leads the team in delivering fast, friendly, and accurate service. The position also involves resolving guest issues, executing local marketing initiatives, recruiting and developing a team of 20–45 employees, coaching Assistant Managers, Shift Coordinators, and Team Members, and managing staffing, scheduling, and labor while upholding brand standards, food safety, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or GED required.
2 years of Restaurant General Management experience.
Strong grasp of P&L management and profitability drivers.
Proven leadership, coaching, and organizational skills.
Commitment to guest service excellence.
Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as needed.
