About The Position

Sterling Restaurants is seeking a hands-on General Manager for a Moe’s Southwest Grill restaurant. The General Manager owns daily restaurant operations, team development, guest experience, and financial performance. The role involves developing people, taking ownership of results, and creating welcoming guest experiences. Sterling Restaurants, founded in 2009, owns the original Moe’s in Atlanta and operates nearly 90 restaurants across seven states.

Requirements

Restaurant management experience leading people, operations, and business results.
Strong hiring, training, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Commitment to hospitality, food safety, and leading alongside the team.

Responsibilities

Recruit, hire, train, and coach managers and crew members; set clear expectations and develop future leaders.
Manage staffing, scheduling, inventory, and ordering while maintaining food quality, cleanliness, and safety.
Lead by example, resolve guest concerns, and use feedback to drive improvements.
Manage sales, labor, food costs, and restaurant profitability.
Support catering, local marketing, and community relationships.
