About The Position
Sterling Restaurants is seeking a hands-on General Manager for a Moe’s Southwest Grill restaurant. The General Manager owns daily restaurant operations, team development, guest experience, and financial performance. The role involves building and developing a team, running effective shifts, delivering welcoming service, managing business results, and supporting growth through catering, local marketing, and community relationships. The company emphasizes ownership, developing others, integrity, fairness, respect, positivity, and a solutions-focused approach. The General Manager is expected to lead alongside the team and uphold hospitality, food safety, and operational standards.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, train, and coach managers and crew members; set clear expectations and develop future leaders.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, inventory, and ordering while maintaining food quality, cleanliness, and safety.
- Lead by example, resolve guest concerns, and use feedback to drive improvements.
- Manage sales, labor, food costs, and profitability.
- Support catering, local marketing, and community relationships.
