About The Position

Sterling Restaurants is seeking a hands-on General Manager for a Moe’s Southwest Grill restaurant. The General Manager owns daily restaurant operations, team development, guest experience, and financial performance. The role involves building and developing a team, managing shifts and restaurant resources, delivering welcoming service, controlling costs and profitability, and supporting business growth through catering, local marketing, and community relationships. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and coach managers and crew members; set clear expectations and develop future leaders.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, inventory, and ordering while maintaining food quality, cleanliness, and safety.
• Lead by example in providing welcoming service, resolve guest concerns, and use feedback to make improvements.
• Manage sales, labor, food costs, and profitability.
• Support catering, local marketing, and community relationships.
