About The Position

Sterling Restaurants is seeking a hands-on General Manager for a Moe’s Southwest Grill restaurant. The General Manager owns daily restaurant operations, team development, guest experience, and financial performance. The role involves leading alongside the team, developing future leaders, delivering welcoming service, maintaining food quality and safety, and growing the business through catering, local marketing, and community relationships. Requirements

Restaurant management experience leading people, operations, and business results.

Responsibilities

Recruit, hire, train, and coach managers and crew members; set clear expectations and develop future leaders.
Manage staffing, scheduling, inventory, and ordering while maintaining food quality, cleanliness, and safety.
Lead by example in delivering welcoming service, resolve guest concerns, and use feedback to make improvements.
Manage sales, labor, food costs, and restaurant profitability.
Support catering, local marketing, and community relationships.
