About The Position

Sterling Restaurants is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead a Moe’s Southwest Grill restaurant. The General Manager owns daily operations, team development, guest experience, and financial performance. The role focuses on developing people, taking ownership of results, and delivering welcoming hospitality.

Requirements

• Restaurant management experience leading people, operations, and business results.
• Strong hiring, training, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to hospitality, food safety, and leading alongside the team.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and coach managers and crew members; set clear expectations and develop future leaders.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, inventory, and ordering while maintaining food quality, cleanliness, and safety.
• Lead by example, resolve guest concerns, and use feedback to make improvements.
• Manage sales, labor, food costs, and profitability.
• Support catering, local marketing, and community relationships.
