About The Position

Sterling Restaurants is seeking a hands-on Restaurant General Manager for a Moe’s Southwest Grill location. The General Manager owns the restaurant’s daily operations, team development, guest experience, and financial performance. The role calls for someone who develops people, takes ownership of results, and delivers welcoming hospitality while running a strong restaurant. Sterling Restaurants was founded in 2009 and operates nearly 90 Moe’s restaurants across seven states.

Requirements

Restaurant management experience leading people, operations, and business results.
Strong hiring, training, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Commitment to hospitality, food safety, and leading alongside the team.

Responsibilities

Recruit, hire, train, and coach managers and crew members; set clear expectations and develop future leaders.
Manage staffing, scheduling, inventory, and ordering while maintaining food quality, cleanliness, and safety.
Lead by example, resolve guest concerns, and turn guest feedback into improvements.
Manage sales, labor, food costs, and profitability.
Support catering, local marketing, and community relationships.
