About The Position

Mendocino Farms is looking for talented RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGERS who can lead a team of happy, friendly foodies. Requirements

• 3+ years of high-volume restaurant or related hospitality management experience
• Strong coach – gives effective feedback, grows the team every day
• Organized – deadline-oriented and focused on driving results
• Cares about people
• Humble – eager to learn from a dynamic, growing restaurant group
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Comfortable in the kitchen

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of happy, friendly foodies.
• Master every position in the restaurant before trying to teach someone else.
• Build relationships with guests and team members.
• Manage a large team.
• Ordering & inventory.
