About The Position

A Front of House (FOH) Manager oversees daily customer-facing operations to ensure guests receive excellent service and staff work efficiently.

Requirements

• 3-5 year’s experience in FOH restaurant operations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of POS systems and scheduling software preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise front-of-house staff including hosts, servers, bartenders, and reception personnel
• Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
• Manage staff schedules, breaks, and shift coverage
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members
• Coordinate with kitchen or back-of-house teams for smooth operations
• Monitor cleanliness, presentation, and safety standards
• Oversee reservations, seating arrangements, and waitlists
• Track inventory for front-of-house supplies
• Assist with opening and closing procedures
