About The Position

CUCINA enoteca Irvine, a vibrant California-inspired Italian restaurant and wine shop, is seeking an experienced Restaurant Floor Manager to join the Urban Kitchen Group team. This role involves leading daily front-of-house operations, coaching service teams, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, and fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and hospitality. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, wine, and hospitality, and will contribute to creating unforgettable dining experiences.

Requirements

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume or upscale dining environment
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
• Knowledge of food, wine, and elevated service standards
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and restaurant operations
