Restaurant Director

Chick-fil-A North HavenNorth Haven, CT

About The Position

The Director is the most senior operational leader in the restaurant. This person owns the full business — people, quality, sales, and financial performance, and is the defining force behind the culture, standards, and trajectory of Chick-fil-A North Haven. This is not a role for someone who manages from a distance. You will be on the floor, in the details, and in the lives of the people you lead. The right candidate leads with vision, develops others relentlessly, and holds the restaurant to a standard of excellence that guests and team members both feel.
