About The Position
Pizza Lucé is looking for a Restaurant Manager to join their leadership team at Pizza Lucé Eden Prairie. This role involves leading restaurant operations and guest experience as Manager on Duty (MOD), hiring, training, and developing staff while fostering a fun, inclusive culture. The manager will oversee a key department (Front of House, Bar, or Delivery), ensure great food, smooth service, and a safe, welcoming environment, and partner with the General Manager on scheduling, quality, and performance feedback. Requirements
- 2+ years full-service restaurant management experience
- Experienced restaurant leader
- Driven by teamwork, curiosity, and growth
- Strong communicator who leads with integrity and empathy
- Reliable, organized, and ready to jump in wherever needed
