About The Position
Pizza Lucé is seeking a Restaurant Manager to join their leadership team at the Eden Prairie location. This role involves leading restaurant operations, ensuring a great guest experience, and overseeing a key department such as Front of House, Bar, or Delivery. The manager will be responsible for hiring, training, and developing staff, fostering an inclusive culture, and ensuring high standards for food quality, service, and a safe, welcoming environment. The position also involves partnering with the General Manager on scheduling, quality control, and performance feedback.
Requirements
- Experienced restaurant leader with 2+ years full-service restaurant management experience
- Driven by teamwork, curiosity, and growth
- Strong communicator who leads with integrity and empathy
- Reliable, organized, and ready to jump in wherever needed
Responsibilities
- Lead restaurant operations and guest experience as Manager on Duty (MOD)
- Hire, train, and develop staff while fostering a fun, inclusive culture
- Oversee a key department (Front of House, Bar, or Delivery)
- Ensure great food, smooth service, and a safe, welcoming environment
- Partner with the General Manager on scheduling, quality, and performance feedback
