About The Position

Restaurant Crew Members help create a positive dining experience and make the first and last impression guests have during their visit. Team members prepare subs and are trained to operate the cash register and grill, as well as keep the store neat and clean. No prior experience is needed; training is provided. The role is suited to polite, outgoing, and friendly people who can balance friendliness with efficiency while working with customers and coworkers.

Requirements

• No prior experience is required.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as the crew handbook.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, balance friendliness with efficiency, and maintain focus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.
• Frequently stand, walk, kneel, squat, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs.
