About The Position

As a Crew Member, you help consistently deliver the MOD Pizza experience to guests. You model super-fast service and help create a memorable, inspiring, and unique experience while preparing and presenting pizzas and salads in a welcoming environment. The role focuses on hospitality, quality, teamwork, food safety, and maintaining a clean, organized restaurant. No experience is required.

Requirements

At least 16 years old.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Willingness and ability to demonstrate a passion for people and connect with teammates and guests.
Ability to follow processes and instructions consistently.
History of consistent attendance and punctuality.
Interest in learning, growing, and contributing to MOD and teammates’ success.
Obtain a food safety certification and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days of the start date, or sooner where required by law.

Responsibilities

Make pizzas, salads, and other menu offerings according to MOD standards.
Prepare, cook, and package guest orders with timely, quality, and consistent execution.
Follow food safety preparation and storage standards and procedures.
Use provided tools to keep the store clean, organized, welcoming, and ready for guests.
Arrive on time, follow the MOD dress code, and deliver a positive experience to guests, vendors, and fellow Crew Members.
Demonstrate friendly, accurate, and fast hospitality on every shift.
Follow instructions and welcome coaching and direction from restaurant leaders.
Share knowledge with others to support the team, restaurant, and fellow squad members.
Welcome and engage guests in conversation.
Maintain a service-oriented mindset and uphold quality standards during busy shifts.
Work collaboratively with the team to create a positive experience for colleagues and guests.
