Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree GED.
The Team Member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Follow instructions without close supervision.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Required to pass a background screen, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are followed at all times.
Maintain proper food storage and rotation using FIFO (First In, First Out) practices.
Complete assigned opening, running, and closing kitchen duties.
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout the shift.
Follow portion control guidelines to ensure consistency and minimize waste.
Assist with receiving, stocking, and storing food deliveries as needed.
Monitor food quality and report any shortages, spoilage, or equipment issues to management.
Work collaboratively with kitchen and service team members to ensure timely food preparation.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and health department regulations.
