Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree GED.
  • The Team Member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Follow instructions without close supervision.
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Required to pass a background screen, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are followed at all times.
  • Maintain proper food storage and rotation using FIFO (First In, First Out) practices.
  • Complete assigned opening, running, and closing kitchen duties.
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout the shift.
  • Follow portion control guidelines to ensure consistency and minimize waste.
  • Assist with receiving, stocking, and storing food deliveries as needed.
  • Monitor food quality and report any shortages, spoilage, or equipment issues to management.
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and service team members to ensure timely food preparation.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and health department regulations.
  • Embody core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic.
