As a Restaurant Busser, you play an important role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for hotel guests. Supporting the restaurant team, you help ensure exceptional service and seamless guest experience. Your attention to detail and teamwork contributes directly to the success of our restaurant and guest satisfaction. You are the face of the hotel—creating first impressions and memorable guest moments. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting. Promptly and consistently rest all serviceware as prescribed
  • Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen and condiments
  • Serve guests with beverages, bread and butter to begin their dining experience and replenish as necessary
  • Transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaning
  • Perform general cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products as assigned by supervisor to adhere to health standards.
  • Ensure smooth, efficient operations aligned with brand standards
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
