The View Restaurant at Chaminade Resort & Spa is seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused Busser to join our team. As a Busser, you play a vital role in creating an exceptional dining experience by supporting our service team and ensuring the restaurant remains clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times. The ideal candidate is energetic, attentive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You will help maintain the flow of service by clearing and resetting tables, stocking service stations, and assisting servers with guest needs. Responsibilities
- Greet guests as they arrive and assist in creating a welcoming dining experience.
- Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked server stations throughout service.
- Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly to ensure availability for incoming guests.
- Support servers with ongoing service needs and guest requests.
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the dining room and surrounding restaurant areas.
- Develop a strong understanding of restaurant operations and service standards.
- Collaborate effectively with servers, hosts, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
- Assist in upholding the high standards of hospitality expected at The View Restaurant.
