About The Position

Congressional Country Club is seeking a Restaurant Bartender. Restaurant Bartenders assist in the setup of the restaurant bar, serve members and guests graciously in our restaurants or during special events, and strive to create a memorable experience. Congressional Country Club is looking for Team Members who believe the impossible is possible, are driven to continuously make a positive impact on the organization, and acknowledge that as a team we can accomplish more. The club is also passionate about growing and developing others so that they may be promoted from within.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1yr previous bartending experience
• TIPS or TAM certification
• Alcohol training

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate and continuous service and attention to all members/guests
• Mix, prepare, serve, and upsell drinks to members and guests
• Work as a team to execute a variety of different event operations including but not limited to, buffet, plated, and a la carte dining
• Empowerment to resolve member/guest complaints as soon as they occur
• Assist in closing functions by performing various tasks related to the restaurant bar
• A flexible work schedule is expected, including working holidays, weekends, and special member events.
• The ability to work, holidays, nights, and weekends are required.
