About The Position
The Hilton Charlotte Uptown is seeking a Bartender to join their dynamic team. This upscale, full-service property features 400 guestrooms, a full-service bar and restaurant, and meeting space in Uptown Charlotte. The bartender will be responsible for providing outstanding guest service by taking prompt menu orders, preparing and serving cocktails and beverages, and ensuring high-quality food delivery and guest service. The ideal candidate is upbeat, energetic, and enjoys creating exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements
- Must have full-time availability to work from 10am-5pm or 4pm until 11:30pm on weekdays and until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays.
- This role does require availability on weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities
- Exceed guest expectations
- Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner
- Able to follow beverage recipes, prepare cocktails and assist guests with menu recommendations
- Take guest beverage and/or food orders and input orders in point-of-sale system
- Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
