Requirements

• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
• Knowledge of mixology for traditional and creative cocktails
• Understanding of unique and complementary flavor pairings
• Impeccable customer service and social perceptiveness
• Ability to evaluate customer satisfaction and responsiveness
• Must be able to work the evenings and weekends

Nice To Haves

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time (5 hours or more per day)

Responsibilities

• Mix traditional and creative cocktails
• Process payment from customers
• Clean glasses and bar utensils
• Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences
• Record and balance cash receipts and prepare cash deposits
• Open and maintain tabs throughout their shift
• Build a rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere
• Enforce company policies regarding the consumption of alcohol
• Maintain inventory and process payments
• Anticipate guest needs and go the extra mile
• Set up and execute events flawlessly
• Collaborate with fellow team members and other hotel departments
• Follow instructions quickly and carefully
• Exhibit a professional demeanor and appearance
• Ensure adherence to all policies and procedures
• Accept constructive feedback and use it as a tool for growth
• Aim for exceptional guest service and satisfaction
