Requirements

Outgoing, people-oriented individual with exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for hospitality.
Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect with guests and team members in a warm, professional manner.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
A commitment to excellence in service and maintaining a positive, inclusive, and respectful work environment.

Responsibilities

Serve with Hospitality: Sell refreshment and concession items to theater patrons with a friendly, professional demeanor, ensuring each guest receives personalized, efficient service.
Accurate Record Keeping: Complete all written forms, counts, inventories, and reports accurately, ensuring smooth operations and a high level of accountability.
Product Presentation: Stock and display products in an organized, visually appealing manner, maintaining a clean and tidy workspace that meets Driftwood Concessions’ high standards.
Maintain Cleanliness: Keep your working area—including the bar, counters, back bar, and coolers—clean and organized before, during, and after each event to ensure a positive environment for both guests and team members.
Specialized Service: Provide outstanding food and beverage service in the RJF Club and Boxholders’ Lounge, contributing to a premium experience for our guests.
Compliance and Safety: Maintain your ServSafe Alcohol Certification and adhere to all relevant regulations and safety protocols.
