About The Position

The Sheraton Hotel of Eatontown is seeking candidates for the position of Restaurant Bartender to join our award-winning team. Join our team as a Restaurant Bartender and bring energy, professionalism, and top-notch service to our guests. You’ll craft drinks, engage with guests, and contribute to creating a welcoming bar atmosphere. The Sheraton Hotel of Eatontown is part of the Hotels Unlimited family of hotels. Requirements

• Prior bartending experience
• Excellent customer service and multitasking skills
• Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol)
• Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area
• Interact with guests and take drink orders
• Monitor alcohol consumption and follow safety guidelines
• Assist with inventory and restocking

• Starting rate of $8.00 per hour plus gratuities
