About The Position

A lively, slightly chaotic, always-fun spot where the drinks are cold, the music is good, and the stories get better as the night goes on. We are looking for a Cocktail Wizard (a.k.a. Bartender Extraordinaire) who knows their way around a shaker and can turn someone's indecision into their new favorite drink.

Requirements

Experience behind a bar (or the confidence to fake it until you make it—with skill)
A personality that’s equal parts charm and chaos (the good kind)
Ability to multitask without breaking a sweat
Knowledge of classic cocktails + openness to getting creative
Someone who can keep cool when the line is three-deep and someone just ordered “something blue”
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Physical stamina and dexterity

Nice To Haves

Can do cool tricks (flair bartending)
Have a signature drink recipe
Know how to read the room like a mind reader
Mixology knowledge
POS system proficiency

Responsibilities

Mix, shake, stir, and occasionally invent drinks that people will rave about
Keep the vibes high and the bar stocked
Chat with guests like they’re old friends
Handle busy nights with style, speed, and maybe a little flair
Make sure everyone leaves happier than they arrived
Efficiently prepare and serve drinks
Maintain compliance with safety regulations
Ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
Engage with guests, understand their preferences, and provide personalized recommendations
Handle bar equipment, manage multiple orders simultaneously, and maintain a clean workspace
Offer a diverse drink menu and streamline transactions
Create a positive and memorable experience for patrons, fostering loyalty and repeat business
