About The Position

Red Robin Prince George is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager. This is a hands-on leadership role in a high-volume, full-service restaurant where you’ll lead teams, drive performance, and take ownership of day-to-day operations. Requirements

  • 1+ year of restaurant leadership experience (Assistant Manager, Shift Leader, Supervisor, or similar)
  • Experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • A hands-on approach and ability to lead from the floor
  • Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with brands such as Earls, Cactus Club, Joey, Browns Socialhouse, White Spot, or Moxies is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support a team of 75–100 team members
  • Coach and develop shift leaders and team members
  • Build a strong, accountable, high-performance culture
  • Deliver consistent, high-level hospitality
  • Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
  • Ensure every guest leaves satisfied
  • Support scheduling, labour management, and daily operations
  • Maintain food quality and execution standards
  • Lead shifts in a high-volume environment

  • Support local marketing and promotions
  • Help drive restaurant profitability
