UNO Pizzeria - S Portland, ME is seeking a dedicated and motivated Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team in South Portland, ME. This role offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $65,000.00 to $73,000.00 per year, paid weekly.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of progressive restaurant management experience (full-service preferred)
- Proven leadership and communication skills
- Strong organizational and follow-through abilities
- Experience with chain restaurants strongly preferred
- A passion for hospitality and a commitment to excellence
Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations with a focus on flawless execution and guest satisfaction
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve goals and deliver excellent service
- Oversee P&L, food cost, and inventory management
- Train, coach, and develop team members while fostering a teaching and learning culture
- Partner with colleagues, management, and vendors to promote team success
- Ensure consistency in food specs, quality, and execution
