About The Position

The Restaurant Assistant Manager helps the manager achieve restaurant goals and maintain the restaurant’s 70-80-80 execution standards. The role requires the ability to perform all managerial tasks and to meet quality and customer service satisfaction standards. The assistant manager hires, coaches, trains, and promotes employees, and trains crew members to meet company standards.

Nation’s follows a “do everything system.” Restaurant workers are trained and expected to perform cashiering, cooking, prepping, bussing, and janitorial tasks as needed to provide customers with food products, customer service, and clean facilities that meet company standards.
