About The Position

Restaurant Assistant General Manager Moe’s Southwest Grill | Sterling Restaurants Sterling Restaurants purpose is to help people realize and achieve their dreams. We’re looking for a hands-on Assistant General Manager who develops people, takes ownership of results, and makes every “Welcome to Moe’s!” count. Partner with your General Manager to run a great restaurant while building your own leadership skills.

Requirements

• Previous restaurant experience and the ability to lead, motivate, and supervise a team of 15–25.
• Strong communication, interviewing, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• A commitment to hospitality, food safety, and leading alongside your team.

Responsibilities

• Support staffing, interviewing, training, and performance reviews.
• Give Shift Leaders and Team Members clear direction and ongoing feedback.
• Coordinate people and priorities, lead alongside your crew, and maintain a safe, clean, organized restaurant.
• Uphold quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Resolve concerns with care and give guests a reason to return.
• Manage sales, labor, food costs, and profitability.
• Support catering, local marketing, and community relationships.
