About The Position

The AGM is the GM's right hand, helping keep the restaurant running smoothly while building a fun, supportive, high-performing team. You'll train and develop staff, lead busy shifts, assist with scheduling and ordering, and look for ways to make our pizza, people, or both better. You'll also have opportunities to lead projects and improve operations across the business.

Requirements

2+ years AGM or GM experience in food, beverage, or hospitality
Can comfortably work in a fast-paced restaurant, including standing/walking for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
Has reliable transportation and open availability for varied shifts
Must have or be able to complete Food Manager + Safe Alcohol Server certifications within 6 months
