The Respool Operator is responsible for setting up and operating respooling equipment while ensuring product quality, safety, and production efficiency. Requirements

Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
Ability to strictly adhere to safety standards and PPE requirements
Ability to pass a post-offer, company-paid physical, drug screen, and background check
Basic math skills (addition and subtraction)

Nice To Haves

Some manufacturing or production experience preferred (training provided for the right candidate)
Previous extrusion or wire and cable experience is a plus
Strong attention to detail and quality

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and adjust machinery according to specifications and standard operating procedures
Monitor production processes and inspect product quality
Accurately maintain production reports and records
