About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Response Security Supervisor for a special response/flex security role in Chicago, Illinois. The role varies by day and special event, requiring adaptability across customer service, patrols, and surveillance assignments. The schedule is full-time or part-time, with shifts and days that may vary. The hourly wage is $21–$22. Uniforms are provided at no cost.

Requirements

• Hold a valid Illinois PERC.
• Hold a valid driver's license.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
• Have responsive and strong problem-solving skills.
• Hold a state license if required.
