Response Security Officer
About The Position
GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Response Security Account Manager in Dayton, Ohio. The role varies depending on the day and special events, requiring the ability to adapt among customer service, patrol, surveillance, and other operational needs. The position oversees daily security account operations and a team of approximately 15 security professionals in a demanding industrial security environment. The schedule is full-time, Monday through Friday, first shift, from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. The role offers an hourly wage of $24.69, a comprehensive benefits package, career growth opportunities, and a uniform provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.
Requirements
- Be authorized to work in the United States.
- Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
- Be at least 21 years old.
- Have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Pass an extensive screening process.
- Think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
- Have strong responsiveness and problem-solving skills.
- Hold a state license if required.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, sound judgment, and the ability to manage a diverse workforce in a demanding industrial security environment.

Responsibilities
- Oversee approximately 15 security professionals, fostering a positive, team-oriented environment while maintaining accountability, professionalism, and operational standards.
- Manage daily account operations, including personnel scheduling, payroll administration, new-hire training, and recurring site-specific training to support operational efficiency and compliance.
- Maintain client engagement through proactive communication, strong interpersonal skills, and responsiveness to client expectations and operational needs.
- Keep overhead staff informed about operations and potential on-site issues.
