Choosing this company, you will make an impact in the following ways: Promote safe work habits and participate in health and safety committee activities Ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to occupational health, safety, and the environment Ensure the organization’s environmental compliance (sampling, hazardous materials management, environmental reporting, etc.) Manage and maintain various health and safety programs, policies, procedures, and other elements to ensure compliance with legal and corporate requirements Conduct or assist with risk analyses in the plant as well as accident investigations Carry out the necessary follow-up on EHS action plans and corrective measures Participate in the development and implementation of various EHS projects Develop materials and provide health and safety training in accordance with legal and corporate requirements.

Requirements

  • College or university degree or higher (completed and verified prior to employment start date)
  • Three (3) years of health and safety experience in a private, public, government, or military environment
