They are looking for individuals with a hands-on mindset to help shape the future of entertainment. This specific role is within the Fever Originals team in the Montreal office. The Project Manager will use data and insights to create unique events and experiences, collaborating with internal teams, partners, suppliers, and venues. The role contributes to developing Fever's original events pipeline by working across departments like Marketing and Operations. The team is described as young, motivated, dynamic, multicultural, and composed of high-caliber individuals from companies like McKinsey, Amazon, Google, KKR, Cirque du Soleil, PSG, and Roland-Garros.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, from planning through execution and reporting.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to prioritize, delegate, and drive results across parallel workstreams.
  • Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Comfortable analyzing data, identifying new opportunities, making decisions, or collaborating with partners to deliver exceptional experiences.
  • Detail-oriented yet strategic, able to anticipate challenges, propose solutions, and think bigger about how to grow and scale events across markets.

  • Passionate about live entertainment and events.
  • 3-5 years in a project management role.
  • Strong academic background with demonstrated ability to apply analytical and structured thinking.
  • Experience in management consulting, project or partner management, or entrepreneurship, with a proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments.
  • Fluency in French and English is required.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly organized and efficient, able to manage large workloads, parallel workstreams and evolving priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and launch events by supporting experience selection for the Canadian market, securing venues, and coordinating construction and production needs in tandem with the Production team.
  • Own projects end to end—from project confirmation through construction, launch preparation, opening, and ongoing operations—driving timelines, deliverables, decision-making, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Navigate ambiguity by defining priorities, creating structure, and driving decisions even when information is incomplete.
  • Influence stakeholders across functions and external partners without direct authority to move projects forward and achieve business objectives.
  • Make thoughtful trade-off decisions balancing customer experience, operational feasibility, and financial performance.
  • Analyze and optimize performance, tracking KPIs, identifying inefficiencies, and driving process improvements.
  • Drive revenue growth by owning and managing P&Ls, monitoring sales, and ensuring events meet or exceed targets.
  • Build and manage partnerships with venues, agencies, and event organizers, expanding Fever’s local partner network.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across Production, Marketing, Legal, Finance, IT, Operations, and User Support to deliver successful, scalable events.
  • Represent Fever externally at launches, industry events, and with local media and PR.
