Assist the Director of Respiratory Care Services with all aspects of the Clinical Operations of the department including but not limited to: Budget preparation, Long and Short term planning and implementation of process improvement projects, attendance and participation in multidisciplinary teams, Staff development, medication administration, program development, Initiation of Strategic plan, Performance Improvement monitoring, Customer service initiatives, Maintaining positive relationships within the department and with medical staff, etc.
