About The Position

This role involves delivering compassionate, high-quality direct care and advanced respiratory modalities to stabilize patients, promote recovery, and enhance overall quality of life. The coordinator will manage the full patient care journey, from initial assessment through discharge planning, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams for seamless care. Responsibilities include performing specimen collection and diagnostic testing, monitoring patient responses, and providing education to patients, families, and staff. The role also requires supporting care delivery across diverse specialty units and adapting to floating assignments while maintaining high standards of patient safety and clinical excellence.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Respiratory Care Practitioner credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Nice To Haves

Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
