About The Position

Ascension Seton Williamson Hospital is seeking a part-time Respiratory Therapy Assistant to join their Respiratory Care department. This role is responsible for assisting in the provision of respiratory therapy, maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment, preparing treatment areas, and ensuring equipment is ready and functioning properly. The position is located in Round Rock, TX and operates on a night schedule.

Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the provision of respiratory therapy.
• Maintain adequate inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Prepare treatment areas for therapy and maintains in safe and sanitary condition.
• Maintain equipment to ensure it is ready for use and functioning properly.
• Coordinate and document equipment maintenance.
