Requirements
- Valid RRT/CRT license
- Current NM RCP license
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt and think critically

Responsibilities
- Completing and managing patient accounts.
- Working directly with patients and providers.
- Ensuring the upmost care is taken with every patient.
- Maintaining patient documentation.
- Open communication with your team.
- Working closely with referral sources to ensure a smooth and efficient process for our patients.
- Navigating complex insurance processes.
- Accurate insurance verification.
- Obtaining necessary prior authorizations.
