About The Position
This is a full-time position for a Respiratory Therapist in Respiratory and Sleep Services. The role involves an on-call, weekend, and holiday rotation. Registered Respiratory Therapists (RRTs) are eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus with a 2-year forgiveness period.
Requirements
- Associates degree from accredited Respiratory Care program recognized by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
- Current Indiana Respiratory Care Practitioner license required.
- Registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care or eligibility to sit for the exam required.
- CPR required.
- Successful completion of clinical experience required for graduation from AMA-approved Respiratory Care training program.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree from accredited Respiratory Care program recognized by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
- RRT license preferred.
- ACLS required within one year of hire.
- Minimum of two years of acute care experience in Respiratory Care with Arterial Blood Gas puncture experience/skill.
- Critical Care experience.
- Pulmonary Function experience.
- EEG experience.
